For select nights in October, we transform our home into the Haunted Mansion—with all the characters and effects you absolutely love, but with a fine-tuned, more intense environment for adults and teens.

Those with little ones, don’t worry—our actors maintain the fun and friendly atmosphere this attraction is known for.

• Appearances from Madame Leota, Singing Busts, Hatbox Ghost, and more
• Full-sized jumping animatronic figures
• Live scare actors including former Knott’s Scary Farm performers
• A richly themed, fan-made tribute to a beloved Disney classic (20 years of refinement)

• Skip the long lines with fast wait times

• Longer wait time. Please set aside over an hour for your visit.

➡️ Ticket reservations are mandatory to gain access and we have limited spots available due to capacity of our neighborhood.

• 7–8:30 PM is peak time
• 8:30–9:15 PM or non-Saturdays for easier parking and shorter waits

Mon–Thurs (Oct 20–23):

• Recommended for younger children and families — still subject to darkness, sound effects, and animatronics. Minor audio changes in dark areas to be more friendly.

Fri, Sat & Halloween Night:

• Recommended for teens and adults — full scare acting crew available in most cases.

Sunday:

• Balanced experience for most age groups
