Join Audra Howard Ferguson, LGPC, Certified Sound Healer, for an inviting evening of sound and stillness — a guided sound-bath session designed to help you reset your nervous system, release built-up tension, and move into deeper mental clarity and calm.
Through a rich blend of crystal singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, rainsticks, and other healing instruments, Audra will lead you into a deeply restorative immersion. Open to all experience levels — no prior meditation or sound-healing experience necessary.
Whether you’re navigating the holiday season with extra stress, simply seeking a peaceful reset, or curious to explore new holistic modalities, this session provides a safe, welcoming space for quieting your mind, opening your body, and grounding into present-moment ease.
