New Year Rest & Restore

Looking forward to delivering this! A little moment of calm to start off the new year.
Suitable for parents/carers & young people from around 11/12.

Sunday 4th January 12.45 - 1.45pm.

We get super comfy, snuggle in blankets, there are bolsters and eye pillows, I share some readings, or simple mindfulness practices.

There will be an opportunity to think about how we can build in more moments of rest in 2026 & an invitation to set an intention or word for the year if you feel called to.

Then there is a table reserved in the cafe if you’d like to join us afterwards - they have the yummiest cakes & snacks on the menu!
