Foundations in Fascial Therapy

Steven Goldstein’s original four-day course, refined over three decades. This is the foundation of his Fascial Therapy (FT) method. You’ll learn to assess and treat the body’s cardinal fascial lines – anterior, posterior, and lateral. And the seven diaphragms, using both direct myofascial techniques and indirect, nervous-system-informed approaches.

You’ll leave with new insight into how the body stores and releases tension. As well as learning practical ways to work gently, precisely, and effectively – without force.
