Please join ANAM CARA for a nourishing evening of creativity, connection, and self-care, as we celebrate Autumn and honor your personal journey of renewal.

We will begin in circle, welcoming the energy of the divine feminine and setting heartfelt intentions for the evening. Each participant will receive a journal and crystal(s) to support this sacred work.

Together, we’ll explore the ingredients and symbolism of our creations and then craft an Autumnal bath soak—a beautiful ritual for grounding and self-care during this transformative season.
