Sol Creations Presents
Giving Grief a Voice:
An Expressive Arts Journey for Bereaved Mothers
A 5-Week Expressive Art Workshop
Honoring Loss • Discovering Meaning • Holding Blessings
You Are Not Alone
The loss of a child changes everything. Words often fall short, yet the heart still longs to be heard.
This expressive arts workshop offers a sacred, supportive space for mothers who have lost children to gently explore grief, memory, love, and the blessings that continue to live alongside loss. Through creative expression—no art experience required—you are invited to give voice to your grief and reconnect with meaning, compassion, and inner strength.
What This Workshop Offers
- A safe, confidential, and nurturing environment
- Guided expressive arts experiences (visual art, movement, writing, symbolism)
- Opportunities to honor your child and your story
- Gentle pathways toward meaning, connection, and blessings
- Community with other mothers who understand this journey
- Appropriate for counseling center referral and adjunct grief support
Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is designed specifically for mothers who have experienced the death of a child, at any age or stage of loss. No artistic experience is necessary—only a willingness to show up as you are.
This program may be appropriate as a complementary support for clients currently engaged in counseling or therapy.
