ECSTATIC DANCE #3 SOUTH BAY

Harmala Temple presents Ecstatic Dance South Bay, Los Angeles—an open-air, ocean-side dance experience where we gather to move, feel, and connect in sacred space.

This is more than a dance party—it's a prayer in motion. Facilitated by artists and musicians with deep roots in medicine journeys, sound healing, and live performance, our dances are curated as intentional, wave-like journeys that honor both the body and spirit.

We dance under the sky, on the sand, with silent disco headphones and a community of all ages. This is a family-friendly space—parents, children, and elders are all welcome to move together.

Ecstatic Dance is a container where you can fully express yourself, shake loose what no longer serves, and tap into joy, release, and inspiration through music, movement, and community.

Our Guidelines

✨ Be Here. No phones, no cameras. Fully present.

🦶 Be Grounded. Barefoot on the earth (or soft dance slippers).

🌬️ Be Silent. No talking on the dance floor—let the body speak.

🚫 Be Clear. Substance-free space. Come as you are.

🤝 Be Respectful. Honor boundaries. Consent is sacred.

💃 Be Free. All movement welcome. No judgment.
