Beginner Heels Class

Hello! Thank you for your interest in attending my very first Beginner Heels Class. I am so esxcited! Here's more information on what to expect.

This is a true beginner dance class. We will begin with a warmup and transition into some beginner technique and choreography in our heels. This is going to be a space for you to really strengthen your confidence, poise, and sense of empowerement through movement in a way that feels so good!!! Bring heels that you can walk in. I would recommend a smaller heel, a chunkier heel, or even some thigh high boots. Whatever you feel sexy in! We will start in sneakers, so you're also welcome to stay in sneakers until you feel comfortable. Dress in something you can move freely in...yoga shorts, yoga pants, a sports bra, fitted top.... something that makes you feel hot!! We are dressing the part! So come looking ready to learn some choreography that will make you feel like a video vixen. This will be your time to come out of your shell and shine ✨ This is a judgement free zone. The room will be filled with women who feel just as nervous/excited to explore this genre of dance (many for the first time) so you'll be in such a supportive environment. There is street parking, metered parking, as well as a small parking lot behind the studio. Allow yourself plenty of time to find parking if you have never been to the area before. It's located in Old Torrance which is super cute and also walking distance from bars and restaurant's to eat after class if you're interested.
