About the event

Introduction to Aikido course
Step onto the mat and discover the art of harmony. Introduction to Aikido is a 6-week journey into graceful movement, peaceful self-defense, and the philosophy of blending—not clashing—with energy. We will practice every Tuesday and Friday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
