Reiki infused Soundbath with Guided Meditation

Need to rest, relax and restore?
I use a guided meditation to start your sound journey to support your nervous system to rest, relax and realign your energy.
A synergy and fusion of various healing sounds, vibrations and Reiki.

Come along and allow the vibrations and sound waves to wash over you and bathe you into a mediative state of ease.
Bring along a mat/mattress/quilt to lay on, blanket, eye mask, water, pillow, anything to allow you to feel comfy and warm when in total rest.
