Service project and meeting

Service project will be at Cross Timbers - Toronto Lake. On September 13, 2025. We really need some picnic tables repaired, this would consist of removing bolts (sometimes cutting), drilling new holes, and placing new boards. Also, if another group wanted to trim branches from trees essentially ground level to as far as could reach with loppers (this would be all done with loppers or battery operated trimmers). If limbs could simply be put into small piles we could pick up the following week. IF I can get some new cedar split rails found and ordered we also need our playground fence repaired, it essentially is a visual to keep kids from going onto the main roadway for their safety. If we had any young folks, I have trails that I am sure could use some W**d eating.
This would all be in the Toronto Point Area of Cross Timbers. Camping can be comped out if primitive, if they need utilities they would need to pay those fees ($11-12/night). We have a two different shelters available there, IF you wanted to have meeting there, but they are outside. You would also be welcome to meet at our office in our break room, the table has seating for 8, or one of our shops.
