Back to School Family YOGA STORYTIME

Join April for a 30/40 min engaging Yoga Storytime that is geared to help children navigate the excitement and nerves of heading back to school.
Yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness activities will help the children feel grounded, brave, and excited about the upcoming school year.

Recommended ages are 4-8yr old but children 3-6 will easily be able to relate & participate. You know your child best! Please reach out with questions, concerns.

$10 per family
A parent/guardian - loving adult must stay for class.
A Yoga mat is not required but welcome.

Please register by 8/20
