Join Capital City Crushers Roller Derby for a 6-week recruitment and training program designed for brand-new skaters and officials. You’ll learn the fundamental skating skills, rules, and strategy needed to play or officiate roller derby in a supportive, structured environment.

📆 Practices: Every Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00–10:00 PM
What to Expect:
• Instruction in basic skating skills, gameplay rules, and derby strategy
• Opportunities to skate or train as an official
• First four practices FREE
• Loaner gear available, including skates
• No experience required
• Drop-ins welcome (though full attendance is expected for the full 6 weeks)

League Divisions:
• WFTDA Open Division – open to skaters of all genders
• WFTDA Main Division – for women, non-binary, and gender expansive individuals, as defined by the WFTDA Gender Statement
This program is designed to build skills safely and consistently, so full attendance for the duration of the 6-week session is expected for those who commit.
