We'll be paddling down the Delaware to the Kansas River to get out in Lecompton. This is a relaxing paddle with a lot of shade along the way, and the leaves will have started to change. We will see Great Blue Herons, Kingfishers, and very likely some eagles, as well as other wildlife, during this paddle. Once we hit the Kansas River, we'll find a good sandbar to explore and relax a little before we get off the river.
Please note that we reserve the right to CHANGE THE LOCATION OR TIME of this event depending on the weather and river conditions.
