Join us for an introductory course to TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), a simple yet powerful method designed to help your body naturally release stress and tension. Over three weeks, you’ll learn how to safely activate the body’s natural shaking reflex, which helps calm the nervous system, ease muscular tightness, and restore a sense of inner balance.
This course is perfect for beginners, no prior experience needed. Each week, you’ll be guided step-by-step, building confidence in the practice while gaining tools you can use at home. TRE® is suitable for most bodies and fitness levels, offering a safe, supportive space to let go and reconnect with yourself.
Led by qualified TRE trainer Keith Smith who has a genuine passion for this work, you’ll be guided step by step in a safe and supportive environment. Keith’s focus is on giving participants practical tools they can use beyond the course to support their wellbeing long-term.
