HOW TO RE-BUILD A HEALTHY GUT & MICROBIOME

In this Workshop we will discuss ways of regaining balance through:

Improving beneficial bacteria

Stress Management Techniques

Environmental Influences

We will also cover the Worst things that cause damage to your Gut Flora and Lining.

Throughout the Workshop, you will learn and participate in ways of using herbs for various techniques that can help you to regain/improve your health.

There will be samples to take home as well as a booklet of instructions for future reference.

Fee is $150 per person.

Food and Herb teas will be provided.
