Community Connectors are available in the area to support local seniors and their families with aged care services.

When: Thursday 18th September 2025, 10am-12pm

ADA Link, part of Aged and Disability Advocacy Australia and funded by the Primary Health Network, offers free, confidential, and independent support to help you access the care you need.
