Candle Light Ceremony

Join us as for a Candle Light Ceremony officiated by Queensland Police Service Chaplain, followed by an open house tour of Protea Place as we share insight into the vital work we do in supporting women and families in our region.

Each May, Queensland marks Domestic and Family Violence (DFV)
Prevention Month. This annual initiative remembers those who have lost
their lives as a result of Domestic & Family Violence and aims to raise awareness of DFV and coercive control, highlight the support services available, and send a clear message that violence in our communities will not be tolerated
