Meet James. He’s 45, works in the City, and commutes from Tonbridge. He’s successful, but the stress, long hours, and financial pressures are taking their toll. He’s tired, irritable, living on caffeine and sugar, and struggling to be the husband and dad he wants to be.
The game has changed as we’ve got older. James needs a reset – a chance to create a game plan for a stronger, healthier, more fulfilling second half. Three experts from the TN card directory will show us how they helped “James” go from burnout to thriving, and how we can too.
Matt Adamson - Burnout Coach: Matt works with high-achievers to prevent or recover from burnout by making their career work for them, not the other way around. Craig Alexander – Director, Anatomy Gyms: Craig shows how fitness is the foundation for energy, focus, and presence. He’ll share how a targeted plan can reduce body fat, increase strength, improve sleep, and help us handle stress, so we’re not just surviving the day but fully engaged in the life we’ve worked hard to build.
