Full Moon Meditation

Join us at Spiritually Rooted for our new monthly Full Moon Meditation series, an in-store gathering designed to help you align with the powerful energy of the lunar cycle. Each month, we come together under the full moon to amplify intentions, release emotional and energetic blockages, and deepen spiritual connection through guided meditation and ritual. Our January gathering honors the Wolf Moon, a time associated with inner strength, resilience, and self trust, inviting reflection and restoration during the heart of winter. This one hour experience offers a supportive space to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and intentionally receive what you are ready to call in. Sessions are held monthly from 6:00–7:00 PM at our North Tonawanda location, with a $20 per person fee. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this series is open to all seeking grounding, clarity, and meaningful connection with the rhythms of the moon.
