A practice that blends gentle movement with deep release.
It typically begins with slow, fluid vinyasa flows to warm up the body, connect breath with movement, and release surface-level tension. Then it transitions into longer, more restorative holds, like deep stretches, hip openers, and heart openers—that invite your body and mind to completely surrender.
