Handmade Scarecrows designed by local businesses and community members to be on display from October 10th to October 31st!

Register for free to display your scarecrow in Downtown Toms River, for it to be seen by everyone!
Don't forget that Toms River Fire Co. No. 1 hosts one of the largest Halloween Parades in the WORLD, where your scarecrow can meet THOUSANDS of other scarecrows, ghouls, goblins and more! ;)

Cast your vote in person at the ballot boxes located in the BID office, as well as the Ocean County Library on Washington St.

By Judges

Both categories can win up to $200 for 1st prize!
$150 for 2nd
$100 for 3rd
