What is Overdose
Awareness Day?
Overdose Awareness Day is a global event held to remember those we have lost to overdose, support those who are healing, and bring communities together to break the silence and stigma around substance use. It is a day to take action, raise awareness, and affirm our commitment to compassion, understanding, and lasting change.
This day is a chance to:
• Honor those we've lost
• Support those who are healing
• Stand together as a community committed to compassion and change
We invite you to join us for a day of remembrance. If you feel
comfortable, please bring a photo of your loved one to share in a safe and welcoming space. Together, we'll share stories, memories, and support one another.
Enjoy free coffee and snacks, peer connection and support, and a candlelight ceremony at 4:00 PM.
Let's come together to remember, reflect, and uplift one another.
