Mat Mamas & Caregiver Connection: Buddha Baby Yoga - Must Pre- Register

This cozy, nurturing gathering is for mamas, caregivers, and their little ones (ages 0–12 months). Come as you are—tired, joyful, curious, or all of the above—and connect with others on a similar journey.
We’ll flow through gentle, baby-friendly movement on the mat, then enjoy a warm cup of tea and open circle conversation.
What’s included:
• Light yoga + mindful movement (no experience needed)
• Bonding time with baby
• Community support & connection
• Tea and simple grounding rituals
Bring your baby blanket, your heart, and your favorite mug if you’d like.

Must Pre-Register By 10 AM Day of to ensure class is held
