Hips Reset with Allison Kane - CE Available

Hips can be cranky or tight for a variety of reasons in a variety of different places and ways. Sometimes the issue is tightness, sometimes, it is weakness. Whatever the reason, come join Allison for a deep dive into your hips. We will explore the anatomy, consider your own personal range of motion, apply some self-massage techniques and even play with some strength drills. Yoga Alliance CE credits will be available
