This beginners workshop will introduce the concepts of yoga poses with proper and safe form. A yoga class broken down into bite size building blocks. We will explore where the body goes along with the breath. Perfect for anyone new to yoga as an introduction before a group class. Also a great refresh for those wanting to get back to the basics of your practiceWe understand that each student is unique and comes to yoga with different goals and needs.
