Somatic Breathwork is a modality that
facilitates the release of suppressed emotions in the body. During a session you'll be guided to activate your body's natural healing mechanisms. This process invites access to deeper states of relaxation and intuition, releases blocked energy and emotions, and cultivates a sense of inner peace and well-being.

Suzette is certified in somatic release breathwork and heartmath. Through her own healing journey, she invites us to learn about the body's ability to heal itself through the release of emotions and focused heart brain coherence.
