Plant Bingo™ is popping back up at 403EATS next Sunday, and we can’t wait to play with you again! This round will still be our classic “bring a plant to win a plant” setup—just bring a plant, or garden-related item to add to the prize table, and you’ll win some prizes for participating.
We’re making one important change: ticket donations will now go through Zeffy. We chose Zeffy because it’s built for nonprofits and allows 100% of your ticket donation to go straight to Green Thumb Collective instead of being chipped away by processing fees. Zeffy may ask if you’d like to leave them a tip for using their platform, but that part is completely optional, but also ensures that we can continue using the application.
Every ticket you grab is a direct donation to help keep Green Thumb going. Your support helps us cover:
* Our storage unit in Tomball to hold supplies, bingo gear, and event materials
* Legal and state-related fees as we work through the nonprofit process
* Subscription fees and tools we need to stay organized and communicate
* Printing costs at PostNet for flyers, posters, forms, and event materials
