Sicilian Fall Feast on the Farm with Cookbook Authors

Featuring Fabrizia Lanza, author of The Food of Sicily, Bebe Black Carminito, author of The Curated Board, Tomales Farmstead Creamery Head Cheesemaker and Home Chef Nick Campbell, and co-author of Feasts on the Farm Tamara Hicks.

Let your taste buds take a trip to Sicily as you savor traditional dishes crafted with fresh, local ingredients. Marin County and Sicily, despite being on different continents, share similarities in both food and climate due to their Mediterranean coastal geography.

Chef and the owner of the Sicilian cooking school, Anna Tanza Lanza, Fabrizia Lanza will be present to discuss the foods of her country and her book, The Food of Sicily.

Bebe Black Carminito, who has recently written The Curated Board, will feature Tomales Farmstead Cheeses, Italian cured meats, and olives on one of her beautiful boards.

Head Cheesemaker Nick Campbell will be preparing your meal with the guidance of Fabrizia, and Tamara Hicks will provide a farm tour and a discussion of her new cookbook Feasts on the Farm.

All three cookbooks will also be available for purchase and signing to personalize for yourself or as a holiday present!
