This is a beautiful half hour accesible to every level and every age ✨ By starting your Monday morning with us for 30 minutes, the rest of your week can benefit!

We’ve been doing this late since late spring and we look forward to continuing this offer into fall. The women who sit, breath and move with us has made it so meaningful. It’s a joy to be with them!
