What are their plans when they turn 18?
What happens after high school?
Do they need a guardian?
Is college an option?
Can they receive Social Security benefits?
What is a STABLE account?
How does transportation work?
You'll find information about guardianship, graduation requirements, money management, employment, social opportunities, and more. There will be speakers as well as vendors related to transition age youth.
DIRECTIONS: When you turn onto Spencer Street, look for a green sign on a pole that says “Employee Entrance”—that’s the drive you want. Follow the drive around through the security gate and park in the lot.
From there, take the sidewalk toward the education building. As you start down the sidewalk, you’ll be facing the back (locked) door of Visitor Services. Turn left and follow the sidewalk around to the back door of the education building.
Staff will also be available to guide you when you arrive.
