Come hang out with us to decompress with fellow peeps that can relate more closely to your journey. Everyday is s step forward and sometimes we need community to promote and support our healing spaces mentally, spiritually and even physically.

Come spend just an hour of your day doing something for your healing journey and promoting your own self-care.

This is not only about community. This is a way to show a caring and loving gesture to yourself. Similar to gifting yourself flowers or your favorite video game. 🫶🏾
