Details for pierogi class...
We will be making Ruskie pierogi which is a combination of mashed potatoes and dry curd cottage cheese for the filling.
*You will be shown how dough is made.
Some will be ready for every student.
*I will go over what I used to make filling.
This also will be ready for each student. *Students will roll, stuff, fork, and boil one dozen pierogi, that they will take home, along with the recipes.
For coming to the class each student will receive...
*2 fried pierogi to taste
*gift bag
*snack that can be eaten or you can take home
*bottle water, coffee and non-alcoholic punch will be provided
*one entry for a raffle. Drawing will take place at the end of class.
