Intro To Flow

Practice and learn the fundamentals of a yoga flow class and dive deep into the Pillars of the Practice: Ujjayi (breath), Bandhas (contraction), and Drishti (focus). You'll learn poses and modifications that can support you in a variety of classes.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of practice, whether it's your first time on your mat or you want to revisit the foundations of your practice.
