Deepened Embodiment

Join me for a mindful practice that explores our connection with the body, and deepens our awareness of alignment and activation.

Each six week series will focus on a set of movements that help create familiarity with asana practice while also exploring various options to suit different needs and bodies. Each class will use breath, movement, and mindfulness that incorporates yoga philosophy, anatomy and science backed protocols as we combine long-standing traditions in a practical approach. Along the way, find encouragement to feel more deeply into your own body, embrace where you are *right now*, and hold space for yourself exactly as you are in any given moment.

This is an all level class that supports students of various experience levels and abilities.
