Tripods, monopods, and similar photography equipment is not permitted.
Strobes or any external lighting equipment will not be allowed into the museum.
Partial ticket exchanges are not allowed; each purchase has a unique QR code and all tickets are activated at once upon scanning.
Damaged QR codes or Tokyo Subway Tickets with weakened magnetic fields may not work at ticket gates. Avoid placing them near smartphones, home appliances, or magnets.
