You are welcome to be seated if this is more comfortable or you can lay in the immersive experience.
What to bring - just bring yourself, a yoga mat if you have one and a blanket or two. You may wish to bring an eye mask, meditation pillow, fluffy socks or anything else that will help you to be comfortable and to relax
