We’ll start the day with a beautiful crystal grid workshop where you’ll make your own grid to call in abundance, set your intentions with purpose, then enjoy a nourishing healthy brunch with likeminded souls.

The afternoon will close with a calming yoga flow and a deeply relaxing Reiki-infused meditation – all surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Cross Farm.
