This turning point invites you to embrace stillness, gratitude, and the abundance of harvest, attuning your heart to the grounding energy of autumn.

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, voice, and other intuitive instruments as they gently guide you into deep relaxation and renewal. Allow the resonance to support your own inner journey — a space to rest, restore, and return to balance.

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite a therapeutic and restorative process for mind, body, and spirit. Facilitated by A P Macarte, this experience opens a doorway into altered states of consciousness where unique insights, emotional connection, and profound wellbeing may arise.

Where

This special Sound Bath will be held at the intimate Todfellows space, located in heart of the magical town of Todmorden in the Calderdale Valley, West Yorkshire, a perfect space to resonate with Sound and connect to your inner self.

*Spaces are very limited, so order in advance to avoid disappointment

• Yoga mats will be provided, so no need to bring your own. However, you may wish to bring blankets cushions and pillows for your comfort
• `It is recommended to dress comfortably and bring a bottle of water.
• Please arrive a 10 minutes before the session begins to find your spot and get comfy.
• Doors will close with no late entry once we begin at 6:30pm.

Who

I am Alexander P Macarte, a musician, DJ, artist, and qualified independent Sound Therapist.

Over the past 20 years as a global touring and recording artist, my sound practice has evolved over time to use sound as sonic transport, as a tool to transcend our everyday waking state and experience deep inner states of bliss and exploration.

Since qualifying from an intensive training program with The British Academy of Sound Therapy in 2019, I have been practicing my method of Sound Therapy across the UK and Europe. I have created unique immersive Sound Baths for individuals, groups, and festivals, as well as facilitating public and private courses and workplace Sound Relaxation workshops to aid in workplace well being.

Clients and events include Manchester International Festival (MIF), NTS Radio, BLOC London, Everything Gone Green Festival, Warm Up Festival, Whitworth Gallery, V-A-C Zatterre, and the Venice Biennale.

Sound is my passion. Helping others is my aspiration.
