Brie For Two Workshop
Our hope for this class, is for you to learn (and become excited) about cheese making basics, including the use of clabber cultures to naturally culture cheese. Clabber is a versatile culture to have in your kitchen, and the foundation to many delicious and nutrient-rich foods! We will also be making a naturally cultured heart-shaped brie for you to bring home and age in your own refrigerator. Please bring a container to carry your cheese home in. If you follow the take-home instructions carefully, you should have a sweet brie heart to share (or not share - no judgement here) around Valentine's Day.
