Mothering from the Heart

Join us for a heart-centered workshop on breaking free from the cycle of stress and guilt in motherhood. Instead of striving to be the “perfect mom,” we’ll explore how tending to our own stored stress creates the capacity to show up for our children in authentic, loving ways. Through somatic parts work, a guided journaling practice (BodyTalk: Writing Our Wrongs), and supportive community connection, you’ll learn practical tools to heal your nervous system, nurture yourself, and create ripple effects of healing within your family. This is a space for mothers who long to parent from their hearts, not just their heads.

Light refreshments will be provided.
