“YOU CAN” Canning 101, hands on class.

Learn the skills to properly can fresh tomatoes and green tomato chow-chow. This class will be taught by local Chef Sophia from the Holistic Kitchen and Catering by SV.
All supplies, ingredients, and necessary equipment for proper canning will be included. Each participant will take home a jar of each product along with the recipes and skills to do more.
