Tom's Kenya Cake Sale

😊Hey everyone! I’m Thomas Turner and I’m super excited because next July I’m going to Nakuru, Kenya with my school!

😊 I’ll be volunteering at a local school—either helping teach, coaching sports, or doing some building and repair work. It’s a bit scary but also really cool! I can’t wait to experience a new culture and see what life is like for people who have different challenges than me. And don’t worry, it’s not all work—I’ll get to see some amazing sights too!😊

😊I’ve been fundraising for a whole year to make this trip happen, and I’ve learned a lot about setting goals and sticking with them. I’m almost there, but I need one last push to reach my target. The awesome team at Hays Travel in Tiverton are helping me out by hosting a cake sale on Saturday, 8th November. If you want to meet me (I promise I’m pretty awesome!) and grab some of my homemade treats, come by and say hi on that day!
