The idea for The Empowered Pause™ Retreat began the way many powerful things do - with two women sharing the truth of how midlife really feels.
Not the “I’m fine” version.
The real one.
Where the mental load is heavy, the emotions are louder, the body is shifting, and life keeps asking more.
We realised something important:
Women don’t need another task.
They need a pause.
A gentle reset.
A Day to feel held.
So, we created one.
A retreat designed to help women breathe again - to release the noise, reconnect with their intuition, and remember who they are beneath the responsibilities and expectations.
We know how transformational it is when someone finally says:
“Let us hold you for a day.”
