Candlelit Sound Bath

Lie down and get comfy while you are taken on a beautiful journey with the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and other healing instruments.
Let the gentle vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. Sound healing is very effective at many levels to heal and nurture. It is especially good for pain, stress, anxiety, emotional balance and relaxation.
Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket and arrive about 10-15 minutes before 7pm.
