At Crazy Coconut, we strive to deliver meaningful and well-organized workshop experiences. We understand that unforeseen situations can arise, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Full Refund:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the workshop will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.
2. Partial Refund:
Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
3. No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Transfer Option:
If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us at least 12 hours in advance.
