Workshop Structure & Weekly Breakdown

Week 1: Discover & Define (Thursday, October 2)

Participants will explore their skills, passions, and lived experience to identify a meaningful business direction.

They’ll define their ideal client and uncover the pain points they’re uniquely equipped to solve.

• Self-reflection and skills inventory

• Client avatar creation

• Introduction to business mission and values

Week 2: Connect & Create (Thusday, October 9)

This session will explore the importance of online community, trust-building, and creating a simple free

offering to attract and nurture early audience members.

• Choosing the right community platform

• Introduction to list-building and simple opt-in offers

• The value of social proof

Week 3: Launch & Lead (Thursday, October 23)

The final session focuses on bringing an offer to life. Participants will learn how to plan a live or soft launch,

share their story with confidence, and begin building momentum toward income and impact.

• How to build and launch your paid offer

• Introduction to scaling strategies and consistency

• Mindset tips for visibility and self-leadership
