Annual General Meeting/BBQ Appreciation

This year we invite you to a BBQ before the meeting. Members are invited to come to the chalet for dining and socializing before we hold the AGM.To help us plan for food please tell us if you are planning to come to the BBQ and tell us how many in your group or family are coming. Please consider attending this amazing get together. Have a meal on us between 5 to 6pm followed by a short AGM. Open to members We appreciate the participation of our members. The AGM is a legal requirement and it’s a wrap up of the past season’s activites new exciting items. The Board of Directors for next season will be elected and membership fees for 2025-26 will be approved.
