It’s a chance to directly support programs that keep pets healthy, families together, and our community strong.
Thanks to strong community partnerships, Orange County Animal Services has achieved a greater than 90% live-release rate through prevention and support programs that address challenges before they become crises.
Funds raised will support:
Low-cost and no-cost spay and neuter services for pet owners earning up to 400% of the federal poverty level
Intake diversion services, including reduced-cost training, veterinary assistance, and a pet food pantry
A community cat program providing no-cost spay and neuter services for free-roaming cats
The Orange County Community Animal Clinic, now operating under a veterinary facility permit from the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board, providing affordable veterinary care so pets can remain with their families
Every bid placed helps expand these critical programs and strengthens the safety net for both people and animals in Orange County.
