Welcome to our 6th Season of the South Canterbury Crop Swap.
A spring catch-up, seed/seedling/cuttings swap followed by our usual shared potluck dinner.
All are welcome from our founding members to interested in getting started growing your own food & being part of a local community wanting to share knowledge, seeds & more. Bring a friend or two as the more the merrier ;)
Come along for a Spring catchup to chat all things seeds, seedlings, plants & cuttings & share what you are up to in preparation for your gardens for a great growing season or get tips & ideas from other like-minded folks as well as make swaps. It's all about sharing & no money exchanged. Come along even if you don't have anything to swap yet.
If you are staying for the shared potluck after the seed swap (approx. 5-5.30 pm) please bring a dish savoury or sweet, starters , salads, mains, desserts etc it's pot luck remember (please label with in gredients for those with allergies or dietary requirements) for a shared meal. BYO drinks, cutlery & plates to eat off thanks.
If the weather is inclement we can be indoors in the cafe lounge so this event will still be on.
